Useless for those with multiple allergies

I hate how long it takes me to grocery shop because I have to read every single ingredient on just about everything I buy. I saw an ad for this app in a magazine and thought I would check it out. From the description in the app store it looked like it could be a lifesaver especially the paid version where you could scan items. If you only have mainstream allergies this might be true. However the watchlist only includes 16 items and many of the things Im allergic to are not on the list, making the app virtually useless for someone like me.
